blog recipe #25 of 365

Good evening everyone!!! I am proud to say that I am posting early today! yaay! hope to make this more of a habit 8) 

So tonight I made Kale chips!  They may sound weird to you, but they are Crazy simple and quick to make, super healthy, and very delicious!  These tasty little guys are awesome by themselves, on top of salads, in sandwiches, even sprinkled on top of casseroles 8) very versatile! hope you are brave enough to try them!! you wont regret it!



Sweet Onion & Balsamic Kale Chips
Preptime: 5mins  Cooktime: 10mins

1 large bunch of fresh kale
1 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp of olive oil
½ Tbsp of sweet onion mustard

Pre-heat the oven to 325  ͦ F
Rinse the kale very well, break the leaves off the heavy stalk, set aside.
In a bowl whisk the vinegar, oil and mustard until mixed well.  Add kale pieces and mix into vinegar mixture until evenly coated.  Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 10mins or until slightly browned and crispy.
Serve as is, add sea salt to taste if needed.



This recipe is gluten and dairy free!!
